Training ok because at the time of training they informed about the bank not the role and KRA. Salary very low totally RBL is my last bank in my career because I quit my job.

Worst organization i never work this type of bank in my career, not even inform about my KRA i bluntly run in open market and closed CA SA LI GI ASSET . Boss Rajesh mani & Super boss Sathya not even care about my team members. I think 2017 JFM i know i done my best suddenly my department was closed Business Banking Team immediatelywe all moved some branches as sales executive not even ask me about that role because I was in Manager grade . Business Banking Team only Forex acct we have to source but they not even gave breathing time. All stupids are sitting & thefting bank money & Spoiling bank Name.
