I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. With RBL bank it's good for the people who is not much growth oriented, however it also doesn't mean one should not have growth here however the vision is not very clear and hence overall growth at long space is very stagnant.
