I will like to share the about the working style as well developing a good technical skills.It is good enough which made me a well confident,well technical person,a well decision making as well as a good team leader.Its management is well enough to support & train.I will like to say as it is an IIT for the freshers.

I dislike here at the RAY international about records,Here no any discussion is valid until we don't have a correspondence mails records. Verbal communication has zero value regarding the project discussion.

I have completed two & half projects at the ray as a project engineer,One was 132kv grid station which i have completed half & other two was 33kv substations with road work.Here at ray i use to give civil work schedule,costing,billing,budgeting, etc.

Basically company was very good and maintained high standards. Company has given very good fecilities to all the employes. But due to the below mistakes today company has lost the reputation. 1)Selection of Management. 2) Not having their own machineries and always delending on rental machinery 3) Lac of experienced Tendering team etc. Working culture is good. They hide many thing when interview conduct even offer letter sent no declare when visa come it from third party not Ray international so when Ray employee salary come they after 1.5 months or 2 months third party salary comes,When want cancel our Visa third party sponser rejected and Ray HR also not supported, So please don't go this bad managment company
