I have worked with Ravima Ventures more than a year but believe me guys working there every single day was liked living in a hell, first of all its not construction company it’s just a firm run by two immature dictators, they never feels their employees as an asset but a burden or liabilities they always thought that they are givingsalary as “UPKAAR” on employees, at the time of joining they will speak with you like you are the only one whom they are looking from ages, but once you joint there it was beginning of humiliation and they literary started caponizing you, there is no self-respect and dignity at all, directors itself made repetitive attacks and abused language, furthermore you will not even getting the promised incentives & salary hike cause there is no such HR policies neither they stick to their commitments, I urged everyone please aware and don’t ever joint this failed firm...Read More

Admin is illiterate, doesn't know how company works, not helping if you have any concern, in 1st month they will treat you as a Top of the World but after 1 month they change their behavior, and treat like A slave, & also there is no Employee benefits in this company, rather than they tell you additional rules after joining the company which is not mentioned in policy, & worst part is they deduct salary as much they can....Read More

Company's CEO works hard to get business for company's growth without looking after overall management.

Disheartening 1 year of probation period without a single paid leave. Poor work execution planning. Longer working hours (10 hrs) unnecessarily. Company doesn't contribute to provident fund rather it deducts 3% retention amount.

The overall work climate in the company is generally good However there are significant issues that need to be addressed.

One of the main concern is Account Head whose behavior towards employees is extremely unprofessional and rude. Management should look into this.He don’t have any manner's to how to talk with new employee. Additionally HR Sayali another source of frustration of many employees. She doesn’t know how to run company policy. She cut salary if employees come 1 min late she deduct 1/2 day salary. She has many faces. She cut the call on face during conversation many site employees faces this issue & also head office people said about this.
