I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. 1) No career growth and learnings as such. People on leadership are biased and Lazy, They promote and appreciate only those employees who butter them and do the job for managers which actually a manager is supposed to do. No Free Food.
