Working on a solid product. Getting to see lots of things, especially if you are in the initial years of your career.

Dislikes

They have hired a lot many people in their Tech and Product Team, But they don't really have that much amount of work that needs to be done.Or don't know what new to bring in. Poor people management, lack of strong engineering professionals at senior level.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
