In the initial phases of the company, it had a very comfortable and growth led work culture. People knew how to lead and how to be led. Amazing people culture and understanding used to exist back then.

Dislikes

Too micromanaged and misconducted environment. The people leading Analytics team have by far been misbehaving with employees and mentally torturing them at work, forcing them to leave. Some HRs are too ill behaved and help managers micro manage.
