Some colleagues are good and if you get into a service based project then you will have some opportunity to grow if the client is good.

Very bad work culture, micromanagement, no proper career growth or appraisals. The politics in the company runs from the top management with them having favorites, etc. Also, note that you should not give any feedback to improve the company it will backfire. The washrooms are never cleaned properly. I worked in rBA for 2.8 years andthe washroom situation has never improved. They fired my friends since I and one of my friend left the company at the same time - they thought they my friends would look for other opportunities and it is better to fire them beforehand(I guess they were right about that, my friends were actually looking for other opportunities, but I think they could have handled that situation in a better manner). My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
