I am working at rancelab from last one and half years, I found that each of my teammates is very cooperative, during this days i have learned too many things from my superior, work environment is very innovative.

Dislikes

My overall experience in rancelab is very good. Mainly i like to mention the skill development and work cultures.

Firstly this company does not have any HR which will not be told during the interview or after that. They will only inform that HR is doing WFH which is absolutely false statement. Secondly they won't tell during interview that an employee who have been working for 2 months (1 month of just theoritical nonsense and 1 month of practical working) have to visit out of state or city to give training to the customer and need to collect the expenses from customer itself while visiting his/her company. Sometimes customer will deny to give the expenses at that time company will give false hope that everything company will look after which is utterly nonsense. Thirdly if there is any mistake in the offer letter they won't change it no matter how you ask for because they are not having any HR. Lastly the seniors especially Manoj Debnath who does not have any basic etiquette to speak to an employee also he doesn't have any knowledge of English or Hindi or his mother tongue Bengali and he will behave as if employees are his servant. So if you join beware of this man. Fourthly do not believe in a single word written in offer letter as those can change anytime like it will be mentioned in Saturday timing will be 10-4p.m but after 1 month it will change to 10-6 or 6:30 p.m depends on so called HOD's(Manoj Debnath )case assigning time. Poor management . Inadequate resources .. all the powers are vested in the seniors . No PF no ESI no employee benefits .. they will recruit u as a software tester but have to work as a support . U have to go local markets to install software . U cannot have water without the permission of ur senior
