You can learn a lot of things if you're in telecom department, if you're in GIS department it's terrible,

It's hard to survive with salary here, if you ask you salary slip then they will ask your reason and have to give application written in paper, it's 2022 and still they're asking paper application for salary slip and resignation street all it's taking to long to provide our own salary slip

Higher to production person suffering with management police. Here no Saturday off compared with out side companys. Increment is only 200 or 300 different with hard worker to low workers. There is no value for hard worker. No of Politics is here. And Inshially stage mainly block your career for two years work with this company.

Worst Management. Useless HR doesn’t know any thing. Ask him whatever he comes with a simple reply It’s management decision. Lots of politics and your seniors will be angry with personal issues and mentality harass with a lot of works and overtimes. No career growth and salary growth. Increment delays every time they will give sympathy that we will give a good increment next increment next time and then repeat the same. Don't go Bhubaneswar Ramtech there Hr is verry bad and he is misbehaving with Employee. If you go there your job security is nothing any time they will terminate you. All managers and PL is verry politician. They are bad manager and bad PL. Hyderabad Ramtech is verry good.

No management, there is hr but useless,low salary, for leaves we have to beg,low increment of 1200 to 3000 , we have to wait for pay slips for 1 month there will be a big process to get our pay slips , extra hours didn’t get paid so many cuttings, 1.late comings above half an hour half day will be deducted , 2. For 0.5 day loss of pay for one month will deduct 25% of incentive and there is no incentive for new joiners for both exp and freshers please don’t join in this worst company...Read More
