I get good knowledge in accounting, full learn in accounting. I will do all tyape of works in accounting ( TDS, GST, Income tax return, tax audit, parties reconciliation, account finalization, ROC work)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
