I've noticed a significant decline in employee satisfaction since the management changes in 2023. Through conversations with colleagues, it's clear that I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction. Morale has decreased, and many employees are unhappy. Specific concerns include: - Poor communication from management - Lack of support and resources - Unclear goals and expectations - Negative impact on company culture. I've seen talented employees leave, and those remaining seem disconnected. It's an awful place for any employee to work. Without giving any reason, they terminate employees. The CEO Mr. Narinder shows no interest in meeting, responding to or understanding the viewpoint of the employee. The COO Mr. Lav Kush is a terrible person to work with. Everything - Please Please do a favour on yourself your life and career by not joining this ... ( I don't know what it is it can't be called even a company) so whatever scam it is dont join it. The most pathetic and dirty culture and only politics the most beautiful thing is that all the top management personnel are well-illitrates. Full of dictatorship and list goes on.. so stay safe.

Nothing to like about this company. Take the ambition box reviews seriously. The glassdoor ones are mostly written by the management itself or are mostly written years ago.

The most unprofessional company you will work with. No job security, management is trash, managers are incompetent. You will only grow here if you nod your head and mine google or trip advisor reviews for them. You can go ahead and check their google pages. You will see no organic reviews. Everyone here takes feedbacks as grudges sothere is nothing called as open door policy. Only plus is wfh where you have to pay the price with your mental health. Here even managers don’t work together amongst each other so support is something you can expect from them. It is now not and american company but an “indianised version” of it.
