Definitely I will say that I had learned some technical skills from Ralco.

Dislikes

They did not treat their employees as professional. If any employee ask the question to their head then they don't want that employee. Simply they said from tomorrow onwards you should not come to office if you ask me questions

Work Details

I have to work for clients if any problem occurs in client laptop or desktop (which we have supplied) then I should go to the client place and rectify it as soon as possible.

Worst hiring process experience I have come across recently for the Procurement job. Especially from the HR dept. The dept. needs to be trained properly for providing clear communication & info. to the applied candidates.The HR along with the management through out the process of 2-3 weeks gave false hopes & vibes in the entire process. first they took interview on phone. Then 2 people from higher mgmt. took face to face interview. Later i got the feedback from HR after few days that it's a positive feedback from higher mgmt. But he is out of station and after he confirms we can proceed forward After few days I followed up. But I got response that my profile is on hold & if u want can try for different job.
