There js nothing dislike abou working in rakbank but i don't know why my manager mohammed Aakif didn't give me a confirmation... and i didn't ask him either but some how i was having a gut feeling a out it that he wont give me ... because i saw something during my work time in the morning he was greeting every except me i dont why and he never talk to me as he was with others in the team .. that time i felt about my conformation and some of my colleagues are informed me about i ... Appraisal process not recommended, Job security is not sure, Lack of connection between HR team and Staff which creates a distance and limited understanding about HR policies and procedures. Most of time line managers are advised to communicate the HR policies. It need to be improved. HR direct involvement can help organisation identify efficient talents.
