I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

their hr policies are not good. they are deducting money for those leave also which they are giving from their side. so extra pay or leave adjustmebt if your work on sunday or holidays. their reimbursement are very low Rs. 2.5 for two wheelers and four wgeller Rs. 6. normally four wheeler are not allowed by company. no job security in this company he will terminate your job within 3 months also. at the time of joining he will force you to sign an agreenent that you can ot work in similar company or start your own business within next two years. i would not suggest anybody to join this company....Read More
