Raj Agro Industries PLC wama sugar mill is a worst case of my job .they don't give salary .I had to leave my 6 months salary

Raj Agro Industries PLC wama sugar mill Ethiopia. They deduct 75000 thousand Rupees. And they say it is refundable after two years but they don't want to pay easily
