The Managing Director along with the Board will support for the growth and encourage the personnel to excel in the career inturn helping the overall growth and prospects of the company. The management strive for complete compliance with all the applicable laws.

Dislikes

The location of the corporate office is outside the city of Raichur, which disconnects the admin staff from easily commute to the organisation. The temperature at Raichur district is very high compared to Bangalore which makes it difficult to stay at Raichur.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
