The management uses the staff and then throw them away like garbage once they have no use. During the lockdown last year they let go of 140 employees with nothing but an email saying that they are terminated. Locked in the accomodation building and not able to go home with stringent rules in place even though we do not have a job. Overall a terrible experience

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
