It was a great time that I have spent with Radisson hotel,the team was so good and the organization was also so good,I have injoy by working there. Few ppls r frndly and few managers support there staffs .. but others r just there to punish

Managers don't know how to treat their staff and we were maid to do our bar work on top of other departments work every day ... We r brought nd signed the contract saying 10-12 hrs a day but we were made to do 16-18 hrs everyday..

I like all staff working like a team.

Everything was good but the HR not giving the full rights of staff like i was work 2 years 1month. He give me 3 erxperiance ceritificate one is 1 year one is 3 month one is 4 month why like that i dont know. Staff clearance taking one week. The up lable mangement was not good.

I am no longer a staff of Radisson Blu I left the company since January 2015. But my observation concerning security then when I was still an employee with the company was a collective effort with the security team as training to improve the security department was a continuous process and that actually steped up the daily routine check on the aspect of security. The working culture was average as the working environment provided to employees was fairly conducive around all sectors. On the aspect of management I will say administrative effort was also managed in the best interest of staff warfare to ease the zeal and encouragement of staffs to exhibit skills and passions for their various roles and responsibilities on the job. The company policies my opinion was also average as it is indeed favorable to me though it became subject to change from time after time but overall it was still OK. Thank you....Read More

Honestly as a one time ambassador of the Radisson brand I never regretted working with the company as it is where I aquire virtually my skill and exposure in the department I worked. Thank you.

My work life at Radisson Blu was obtainable through several training and corporations from fellow staffs in form of team work. It was easy to explore in whatever field as there was availability of working materials and support guidelines. Thank you.
