They are only supporting by giving me deducted salary on time

In this pandemic situation all other companies are giving internet allowances and providing the full salary but in this organization they are deducting our salary and not giving any allowances in this situation and they also cut off our normal week off. The main issue is with salary why the company still deducting our salary we are still working hard and we also doing OT without any extra payment we also understand the situation at first but mow this company is not understanding the situations of employees still some employees don't complaint due to the fear of job loosing and if some one is reading this please think about it first you guys said that the deduction of salary is for 3 months and the 3 months are over now now you guys have give us our normal salary as discussed over the phone call with Radical minds management....Read More

Firstly-Rm really needs to improve the management , Secondly- Since I've to left job from that company in an emergency became of covid 19 and when situation got stable I request to provide the experience letter but Hr denied like I've never been an employee of that company, You guys have to provide experience letter to everyone so that in future they could be able to get the job .. Thirdly- 1day my shift was from 5pm to 2am and 1 got stuck in case , After finishing that case when I went outside not a single cab available to drop me home and I went home walking alone@ 2 am and this thing happens couple of times with me I've raised a complain regarding the same but nobody has given a f**k about.. It has a great workplace and good environment . facilities are great like cab and shuttle service . The floor has full fun and enjoying but after all just dont ask for salary after month.

We used to learn the ways to deal with the guests and about the hotel and how they work.

The Goibibo process was very good, there is no doubt.But there was no proper management. And there was so much deduction in salary if we take leaves and sometimes they deduct the amount of approved leaves. And for this the executives literally used to fight with their superiors., but still there was impact of this.
