The company is adopts latest technology,I love to work with team members and other departments,I get to travel abroad especially to US due to taken about new product training and I was given more training to staff and workmen about productivity, quality and minimise the scrap/rejection

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high,play politics top management,I work about work daily an average 10-11 hours

Generally my work is challenging for getting production out by daily/monthly targets, giving regular trainings for staff and workmen,lead and maintaing staff and workmen about getting for output, and implementation of new product developments,

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

There is a lot of politics and the management salary is decent but career growth is slow
