- No Job security. If there is no project, the employees will be asked to leave immediately by the HR on the same day. - There is no team bonding at all, at least for Indian resources. Being given the opportunity to work as a permanent remote employee, employees are not groomed by their Line Managers for a proper team bonding. - Being a US based company, the priority is given to US resources and ther is no appropriate mechanism to hold on the good talents from India. - Overall the work culture is average and not that highly satisfactory. - Not a good company to work for experienced professionals....Read More

But my bad this company doesn't had any projects and with in 3 months of joining they fired my manager and I came to know next will be mine.its a mini heart attack for me Finally I moved out of this company. Please research your projects before joining.

If you are thinking to join here and become a part of CIS team, be prepared to turn your life into hell. The manager thinks he owns you and pays you from pocket. He will micromanage you at worst level. There is no quality in work but he feels he is handling critical production pipelines. In 5 years of my career, I haven't seen such unprofessionalism in the workplace environment.
