Work Ethics is good and both Raju sir & Gomathi Mam are wonderful people to work with. They give the Freedom to senior staff to handle assignments independently.

Dislikes

1) Structured way of working is missing and too much reliability on one person. No Backup. 2) Non-Accountant entry level staff being assigned to accounting projects which leads to in efficiency and re doing process. 3) No Desktop procedures. 4) Skills set mapping before hiring and training after joining is missing. 5) Pay structure can be improved so that the Key employees are retained in the organisation. 6) Continuous feedback and improvement plan needs to be provided to all the employees 7) Senior staff are not reachable for doubts \clarifications....Read More

There are no clear defined HR policies. Also, there's no dedicated HR person available at the moment. The internal employee / resource management is average. There's no process standardizations. Pay-scale is average. The company doesn't give any recognition awards like employee of the month/year which usually acts as a motivator.
