As I am the head of the department, there is no unwanted involvement of any other staff in the day to day work. The Proprietor, a Lawyer in profession is very much satisfied with my work and he is understanding my capabilities.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

The company is owned by a Proprietor. His family members in general and his wife in particular make pointless issues, which irritates me as most of the issues are irrelevant to me according to my designation. No annual increment or bonus or any other enhancements or incentives provided

Salary - Poor
Job security - Poor
Promotions - Bad
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Managing and finalising financial documents for 6 separate entities, handling and preparing notes and details of scrutiny related issues and solving it with the IT department, giving financial advises effectively and timely etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
