Quick Heal is a good company to start your career in IT. The work environment is quiet free and nice. There is a good scope to develop new skills. The Team Leads , Managers are supportive & provide proper guidance.

Honestly; its no longer Quick Heal. I will term it as Vodafone Company as the New GM HR Malini has sacked all old resources from Quick Heal from Top, Middle & 1st line Management & created job positions for all her favorite buddies from all her ex-companies. Especially Vodafone. People are hired from Telecom domain with a good salary hike to manage Technical & Sales Operations. How wise is that? But, all credit goes to Malini. Keep up the good work lady....Read More

The Top Management seems not very serious and is taking no action against middle level Management who are firing people giving them no reasons. Not a good sign at all.

No exposure to what's happening in current tech trends. Low appraisal. Bad work culture. No one thinks of new things, just surviving somehow. Leadership has ego issues among themselves. Politics at peak. Always lying to customers, promises everything but never delivers.

Asking for off roll job and wrong commitment about in hand salary so many restrictions, and no one available for any problems solution and having so many things and to many interested in personal life. No one giving proper information guidance and HR also not giving any response.There are only giving one team leader which doing so many wrong things ( fraud ), and all authority giving his hand about salary, sales, and many times raised complaint but no action will taken against the TL. They are giving who is not liable to do this work and also doing something wrong and and increase the performance of that person but no one observed and also give so many offs on working days but in that case diduction in salary was not done but same thing if I do the salary was deducted.
