Poor salary Hikes. No sense of achievement as you will be working on Builder.ai(Worst code base Still using class components). You will be stuck learning their framework and have to forgot Fast pace development in React native world.

In Qubited i like the most is the employee friendly environment, which enables me to work in a more free & friendly manner. Also the flexible working hours along with WFH benefits drives me to work stress free in positive way.
