Don't ever wish to join such companies which has no money and expects the worker to spend for company expenses.

Dislikes

In the name of training they charge from young engg graduates. They expect the manager to spend his hard earned money for company expenses. God knows when they are going to pay back the manager.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
