Quantzig really invests in its employees. To keep them happy, it sponsors events and excursions. There are events for team- building purposes. These events are fun but they're also relaxing. I've gained the confidence to intreact better with my colleagues through these. It gives me the encouragement to work as best as I can for such an amazing company.

Dislikes

Managing the data on the sysetm isn't challenging. I find it inconvenient to manage the physical records.

On my first day I was told by HR about all the employee benefits. All of these benefits were provided to me. Some were given during the probation. Whereas others were given after I completed this period. I've been able to freely avail of these. From leave policies to employee perks, everything has been delightful.

Dislikes

Most things that I looked after are varied. Some of the others are monotonous and have to be managed manually.

Quite meaningful projects are ongoing in this workplace. I am happy that I was chosen to work on these. They were fairly new to me but I did not hesitate in taking them up. This office is just great when it comes to work distribution. There is no excessive workload, making it possible to work peacefully. I am given tasks that are solely relevant to my job profile. That is why, whatever I learn here makes me more apt in my role. There are no management problems either. Active managers run this office and professionally look after everything.

Truly, I have had the best work experience with this organization. It is fully professional in dealing with the employees. From receiving my offer letter to working to this day, it has been a smooth experience. There are positive things like good perks, rewards and recognition too. HR is pretty active and fast in responding whenever contacted.

Dislikes

Interactive sessions with the CEOs are not so frequent. It would be awesome to have more opportunities to connect with them.

On observing my abilities, I was recommended by my senior to take up a project. His recommendation was considered by the top management.It felt great to be selected for a really big project. In the same city, I have worked in several offices. This company has given me the best experience to date. The management here is extremely good. Whenever the employees make any suggestions, they are considered by the senior managers. It is an employee- friendly company and is regulated by all the needed values.
