The client base is awesome. Working for them will give me a great boost in the future. I never feel overburdened with work. Work-life balance is agreeable although it also depends on how you manage the work. The work culture is the most satisfying here.

There are a few clients with such high expectations that understanding them is not easy at all.

In my career, I have come across a few companies where the management listens to employee issues. I Must say Quantzig is among those. It seems like the company is both client and employee-centric. To satisfy the clients, the concerns of the employees are just not ignored by the management.

Workload seems to be slightly increasing.

What I find best is that we don't have to work on the weekends. This helps me better to finish the work before the deadlines in most instances. This is mainly because I can rest well on the weekends and freshen up my mind. Regarding the work timings. I don't think is any issues with that.

Dislikes

The leave policy is decent. But I think we should celebrate more festivals in the office instead of getting leaves on some days.

The nature of the work is what I like the most. It is a bit complex but I find it interesting to do. Here, the management works actively. My bosses are not unaware of who works in their organization. They interact nicely.

I am not able to gel up with the team. We have various new employees. But not enough activities have happened recently to bond with them.

Trust between the employees and the management can be formed when there is transparency in the company. At this analytics solutions company, transparency has been made. Thus, the employees and management are able to trust one another. Whatever problem or suggestions I have, I can easily share them with the managers and they listen too. This makes me feel valued too.

The company is fine. No dislikes for me. Employee suggestions are also considered by the management.

When a company practices transparency, the environment within can become so much positive. This is what I have felt at Quantzig also. I'm happy here because things are fair. The management does practice transparency but even the employees try to maintain it. This is commendable about Quantzig.

Dislikes

The benefit of flexible timing isn't there for reporting in the morning. On a few days, the timing can be adjusted but not every day.

When I joined here, the manager was discussing the work with me. It seemed that the work was really difficult and this made me nervous. But the managers have been so helpful. He has excellently guided me. This is one of the few offices where I have received so much guidance

I am happy with most of the things at Quantzig So, nothing to dislike on my part
