Worst work life balance, where Architects and engineers are forced to work almost 16 hours a day. Horrible management as no respect to technical people and team members are directly blamed in front of others. Architects are made scapegoats in case of project management faults. TEngineering leadership is week as they always blame technical people for project failures without understanding real problems. Managers don't care about mental health of team members. Many projects are short term and managers put pressure on architects to get work done from interns instead of allocating skilled people<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. One of the waste company in world Long Long working hours In order to survive in this company you need to work at least 16 to 18 Hour per day minimum Mental pressure They pressurize you to complete the work to meet deadlines with short time. Within short time they assign 3 to 4 new tasks which you need to learn and do.You need to be individual performer as no one will help you Main thing you need to ensure you are very good in development and writing the code as you need to do a developer job over here. You need to be very good in scripting as you need to do a Devops engineer. You need to be good in deployment as well as you need to work as a deployer. so if you join as a security engineer you need and you must work as a Devops/Developer/ Deployment engineer Better to avoid this company or else you will see hell in this company.
