There is not a single good and big project is there to learn and contribute, they are doing only POC to crack the deal but there is no good news for POC. Most of the people are on bench, learning new tech like flutterflow, ccai ext. Very bad and worst management, they hire a people with high salary it's a trap for every hard workingemployees because is there no project they fired with 30 min of call. They don't know how to run a business. They are buy good company award to showcase. Even you are high performer of the quarter or a year they will fire if they have not project in hand. Less coordination between Archs and resources regarding flow change and implementing same.. Need to work beyond working hours due to not proper estimate given... Forced work from office where can only go for 2 hrs and checkout still they won't allow work from home, it doesn't make sense to move to a new city only to travel 2 hrs to reach office, spend 2 hrs in office and travel back. Very low appraisals, no recognition of the work done, no perks.

People who don't even understand ML have taken promotions and are leading the project as technical architect. Promotions are a joke here. My manager has zero understanding about ML and was converted from business analyst to Machine Learning Engineer and now leads the team (This is not a joke). There is absolutely no work life balance here. Management doesn't have a clue of what they are doing. The leads commit unrealistic deadlines and you have to work over the weekends to meet them. The HRs don't even tell you how the performance rating algorithm works. My HR once told me they 'cannot reveal it'. The increments are peanuts. You'll have to work on multiple projects at once because there's a lack of resources always. Why ? Because people keep quitting because of such toxic environment !
