No proper process JIRA is there for name sake. Adhoc tasks dominate over planned tasks Maintain less employee than required. Everything becomes urgent after client comes up with issue.No preventive mechanism. No proper testing done due to less resource count. Blame developers when issue comes by not providing sufficient time to test/develop.
