Almost everything, Worst thing MD bluffs a lot of fake things before employees join their company, once they join he will change his words & actions according to his situations & needs.

Read properly:- In this Company Every Machine Condition is at very bad, MD & management always buy used 20+years old scrap machines, & repair it to some extent and use it in a condition without doing any maintenance, no calibration for the tools & machines , Takes fake calibration certificate from outside vendors by paying them. Management has very bad managers skills employed in their company , it's not employee friendly , no policies & safety factors taken into consideration.... previous month salary he giving after next month 20th date next. They take turbine blade orders from Big Companies & make machining in scrap machines without maintaining proper quality, dimensions. Also use Crack file software in the design departments. Management asks their own employees to give fake reviews & comments of their company to post on goggle .. A good organization to start your career with. You get the benefit of learning initially in the organization. Like, they don't expect you to give the output immediately after few weeks of joining if you are a fresher. They take time and give you some time to adapt to the work environment and learn things.
