Very good for entry level engineers to get good exposure on industrial automation,panel wirings. Very good chance to explore Kerala, as the have sites all over Kerala and outside Kerala.

It is a good team which assists you always and it provides support in all situations. It mainly does jobs based on panel designing and sub station automation. They do the work very carefully and neatly. They also provide maintenance and service in their work areas. Over all a good atmosphere to work and good friends to mingle with.

Dislikes

sometimes it gets too late and i miss my last train.

I worked as trainee engineer at quadrant technologies and i had worked in the panel wiring section and also in other plants mainly for automatic control of the power supplies and the generators.

Worst management I have ever seen, colleagues and management politics are were disgusting. HR looks like rowdy and comes informal attire. Manager never encouraged the talent and always promotes the one who gives information about team members personal life.
