It is basically a CRM company, they don't have good projects for other developers and incompetent favorites sitting higher up. They don't give leaves, it's WFH, even if your parents get hospitalized. I would have given skill development 0 but it's not possible.

Everything. This is a pathetic IT company to work with. For now there is a random lay off going on . They are not firing in a bunch because that will scar the company’s image. Instead they are tarageting 1-2 daily daily and fire them. No work life balance, long working hours even on weekends. Hell lot of politics . On a random basis untalented people are getting promotion.
