This company really helped me to grow in my profession as well as technically. The environment here is friendly and positive thus employees work happily and do their work properly. Management is very supportive, collogues are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

I think due to much supportive nature of the management, few of the employees take more undeserving advantages, which I personally feel; they should have some strict protocols towards their employees as well.

This company ensure the bright future along with self development. They provide so many opportunities where you can learn and progress. The managers are helpful and they care for the employees.

Not exactly always, but sometimes due to uncertain projects deadlines, you might have to stay for a few extra hours, as well. So,you might have to skip your preplanned schedules in this conditions.

Employee growth is the primary motive of the company thus the company provides many opportunities to learn and grow. The organization has got a nice upper management that extends support all the time.Same is the case with the team leaders.

Sometimes, long working hours need to be put in.

The work culture is professional and the people are understanding. The management team is very supportive. They help employees in their work and also try to solve their problems. The relation between employees and team leaders is nice, they are ready to help at any time.

A professional company with a healthy work culture and a good environment to work. Employees are always rewarded for their hard work this we can see the growth of employees and the company too. Managers are also helpful and supportive with all the employees.

This organization has well-qualified employees that helps each other while working. The company work on new technologies, thus you can learn many new technical things. The management team is always easily approachable and ready to help.

Nothing that to complain - only felt the need for some more extracurricular activities for refreshments. Else, everything was good.

You can freely talk to the managers if there is any query, they solve the problem in very calm and positive way. I suggest to all the freshers that this is the nice place for you if you want to learn and develop yourself. The management team is well organized.

I think they should have work from the home after the pandemic, as well. Before, this wasn't there.

This company can shape your personality to a great extent. The company also has a good policies which are beneficial for all the employees. We can learn many new things in technologies over here. The management is very supportive.

Salary Delays Unwanted Deductions in Salary (It comes by 15th or 18th every month where promised date is by 7th of every month) Salary deductions if get late by a min also. No Future Growth or Opportunities Management doesnt bother with Employee Issues. Other Departments do not support Employees. No Exit Policies. They have Hire & Fire rule based on personal relations. Do not provide time or leaves flexibility in case of emergency. Have to stay in office even if you are suffering from fever or severe health issues.
