A suitable company for freshers and experienced too. One where self-development and skill-enhancement is possible. The work environment is employee friendly which always motivates you to give your best. The HR team is quite helpful and they always take efforts to solve the problems of employees.

Dislikes

The company should sustain certain policies for employees that could allow employees an option to work from home even after the pandemic as it wasn't there earlier.

The organization has got nice team management that gives you support all the time. Also, the team leaders are helpful and supportive. A company where there is ample scope to learn, develop and progress in your career. Also they care for their employees. They provide sufficient leaves which helps in rejuvenation.

Dislikes

Need more attention towards streamlining a few operational functions.

The company's work culture is positive in nature and work conducive. Also, they provide training in new technologies. They provide good knowledge of various platforms. Thus there is bright future for you. The company also organizes regular onsite trips for team building, which I like the most.

Dislikes

No cons that strike my mind, just world suggest offering some more parking space.

You can freely talk to the managers if there is any query, they solve the problem in very calm and positive way. I suggest to all the freshers that this is the nice place for you if you want to learn and develop yourself. The management team is well organized.

Dislikes

I think they should have work from the home after the pandemic, as well. Before, this wasn't there.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
