I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. I appreciate many aspects of working at Qodoro , including supportive culture and growth opportunities. However if we point out an area for improvement then it would be streamlining communication , streamline few process and room for increasing employee benefits.
