Management- Please respect your employee work. you can hire a new person with a good package but can't increase the package of existing employees (with the same capabilities). Strange! Just increasing the position doesn't mean the appraisal, package should be at least according to the given position.

Work life balance is good and you can get leave approval easily.

No salary hike, bonus is delayed, no appraisal. I'm working from last four years and not promoted yet.

It's a good company to work. Having good support from management with employee engagement without any partialities.

Dislikes

I don't say it as dislike as it's a company policy but a small suggestion if the salary date is on 31st or 1st of every month it would be good.
