Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. this company employ is very low then work pressure is very high. sometime , i have to work in 10 to 12 hourse straight a day as i have work to late night.

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operation. I work in hard or overtime then no give to company in benefit our us employ.

The best part about QCS is that they provide you the open forum to discuss the issues and most of the time you get the balanced results out of the discussion. Its a nice company to work and one will get a balanced work environment in which one can easily maintain the balance between their professional & personal life.. And the average salary hike is above 15% i.e its pretty good if we compare it with others employers in the market......Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
