Homely environment. Average learning scope for graduate architects / engineers.

Dislikes

Will recommend everyone to read carefully before thinking to join. Salary is not on time. Salary is paid in installments. There is no appraisal system. The company maintains an unwritten hierarchy of power. Management maintains a false sense of approachability but are unresponsive in many matters. I could not figure out the roles and responsibility of Accounts Dept. There is no HR Department. Even after leaving the firm many months back, they have not cleared my dues....Read More
