What I liked here was their language, filled with a educated man's flavour but that turn out to be hypocrisy.

They traped me gradually at the time of joining they didn't mentioned that we process salary on 18th of next month, but after completion of month when I asked they used to process like that, then I won't have any choice but to work 18 days more to get previous month salary along this I asked to switch to freelancing, being fu* up with work burden, they said okay, and I continued, after getting first month salary, when it came to pay next month salary thence they are telling we'll process it on 28th, what the fu* is going on there, here I quit, but they asked me serve notice period along the achieving daily targets that missed, are you getting what they trying to say! Let me explain, they say that when switched to freelancing the targets and clause of the offer letter didn't changed, so if you don't meet target there would be deduction I your payment, and only one thing changed that you will paid only for what you do, so according to offer letter clause you have to serve notice period along fulfilling all the target you missed earlier, otherwise we'll hood your payment. How smug the managers are and they they have zero knowledge of any process or anything. They know only one English phrase that is "Hello Team" and then pretend to be all knowing and almighty blaming you for all the problems. The salary you get is 20 days delayed (Means the salary of January will be credited on like 20th February) and that too might be incomplete based on the whims of the Managers. They try every trick in their books to make the SME work hard (client pressure, learn from your peers etc etc) and out of the subject they were initially hired for (you'll get hired for elementary subjects and then will be pushed to work on advanced subjects for the same measely pay). You need to listen to all their demands but they won't even bother to reply to your texts. Overall, it's better to stay out of this hostile situation which just increases the stress unnecessarily. I loved to solve the questions but dealing with the management here is cumbersome process. They lie at you face and in every sentence. Lack of management. All their HR does is lie about everything and then when your salary arrives, you're told you are wrong and they never said those things. Biggest frauds of all time. Change salary structures without letting SMEs know. This job was a literal test of my patience.

Everything. They're highly manipulative and Gaslight you into believing that you're the one at fault. People less qualified and with less knowledge than you are your Managers and won't listen to you but their own twisted mind. Constant mental pressure and stress is a norm here. And you get your first salary almost after 2 months (after a lot of deductions).

I was working there for 3 months ,they don't even given 1 month salary. They will force you to work all time. When you ask for salary they will make you waiting. Company is such a fraud. Some times the work flow will stops and so you become jobless by being in a job. This companies condition is really terrible.

Heavy extortion done by them. They pay almost half the market rate from other companies. They often switch SMEs to higher expertise subjects without any extra compensation and then expect them to increase questions. And then they deduct salary claiming low production.
