Nothing but other SMEs. They're helpful. But they're getting exploited at the same time. And no one wants to raise their voices.

Dislikes

Everything: 1. There's no coordination between upper management. Everything is under a person or two. They try to do everything on their own and then later haggle at SMEs. 2. Salary: They deduct at every chance possible. They'll claim x and y clauses in your offer letter. There are no such clauses if you look again. They try to intimidate you into accepting the deducted salary. 3. Delay in salary: There's an 18-day delay in salary. Sometimes even more. One SME has not got their salary of 3 months ago. They won't care or budge if you don't call them continuously. They don't even see the e-mails. The salary situation keeps people hostage. You can't raise your voice or they'll take offence like petty people they are and hold your salary. Another SME had their half salary held for no reason whatsoever. 4. Lies: They lie about the salary structure to make people join their substandard company. Their HR will tell you that the salary is based on your attendance and not on your targets but then when it gets credited into your account (after 2 months), you see the shift to Target-based salary. Raising your voice is limited since you have now worked for 20 days extra. You can put your resignation but then your salary will get credited after 35 days more. 5. Overworking and more lies: They claim to provide Sunday bonuses. It's a big fat lie. They give you Advanced questions claiming you have to solve fewer of these questions than basic ones, but then it is not reflected in the salary they give. They keep haggling with SMEs for more questions that don't care about quality and then later they'll deduct salary claiming bad quality. 6. No room for discussion: Once they decide on anything, they'll not listen. They'll keep delaying you. If your salary is credited wrong, don't worry we'll pay you next month. Next month is the same. It keeps on repeating till you get tired and resign. They then find other innocent graduates to exploit. 7. Nepotism: The administration is controlled by a certain family. They do not have much background in the subjects they are project manager for. They try to do whatever and till now are getting away with it. In summary, join if you have literally nothing left. But keep your hopes low. The only thing they care about is themselves. You should join and do the bare minimum and not overwork at all (you won't get any money. Keep looking for better opportunities even after joining. And most importantly, don't take Advanced questions at any cost. They are exploiting by making SMEs solve questions way beyond their salaries. Good Luck and choose wisely....Read More

All of their procedures. The is no responsibility and answerability. They all shrug the questions to one another and play games with the SMEs. Unless you ask them directly, no amount of emails or calls or messages gets them to listen to you. But when the question is about your production, they'll not hesitate to reach out to you even outside of your working hours. There are always salary issues. The family in control of the company goes on big trips and all and they claim of financial problems whenever you ask for the salary (that too after deductions). When contacted, they'll keep delaying you to a point that either you will stop persisting or they'll start to ignore your messages. A big red flag company. Work only if you have lots of free time. Even working in an internship would be better in terms of experience since they don't give any experience certificates at all. You will be told to work hard and even on Sundays for bonus. But the bonus will highly depend on the mood swing of the certain project manager....Read More
