I've been with Q3edge for almost 3 years and one of the things I really appreciate here is work-life balance. The company has strict timing for both in and out, so you know exactly when your day begins and ends, with no unnecessary overtime. And, off course no working on Sat and Sun. I m working in the company for almost 5 years. I joined after one year of experience. Initially i thought it was a small company where i will learn and leave for better opportunity. But when i joined, i found so many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. I learnt one thing in the company, if you have desire to learn, and committed for your work, there is no shortages. I found company ethical and gives values too. I never saw any incident in these five years where someone who was not fit for the orgnization was asked to leave but two times people were asked to leave for their extreme unethical (rather cheated the organization) behaviour. People normally respect each other, environment is lively and above all, i love the opportunities of learning here....Read More
