Honestly nothing as it seems waste of time being on irrelevant webinars. If you are an efficient person and want to work and want to learn just never go to this place specially UK Private.

The working hours are flexible in a day Scope for learning & development from the training aspects The culture at the company and the working environment/colleagues are the best

Worst work satisfaction as the work is very manual and not suitable for a person with CA degree Busy season is literally a nightmare and induces anxiety with Seniors putting constant pressure And off-season is literally completely opposite with literally zero utilization (unless cross teamed) If you want to go into the industry again, this experience wouldn't be counted

They basically report to engagement teams who are located in different countries ( US & Europe). So the structure is like a Senior Manager working from India is afraid of an Associate sitting in UK. Now guess if you are an associate. Also no job security. They keep firing their employees for petty reasons.

No work recognition, no timely promotion, very less increment, peanut size bonus.

They can terminate you anytime , no job security and also lot of work pressure. I was forced to work on every weekend. Perks and hike are also bare minimum as compared to other big4.

The culture of PWC is good. Pwc puts so some effort for upskilling employee brand value that's make a difference among PWC there other competitors. They have organized many programs to build brand of its own for its employees as well.

Dislikes

The PWC AC should also focus on giving proper treatment to the new joining employees. They should don't compromise on things that they promised to new hires at the time of induction. Personally I have faced so many like Joining bonus not received, welcome is a joke after multiple followup we have received defective products, & Adding to this they removed the Swift Allowance which was discussed at the time of salary negotiation. They consider the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM as a general day Swift 👎where you supposed to work in night hours. This is directly effecting our pockets....Read More

Worst company, shouldn't be in big 4. No work life balance at all. They will fire you in 5 min. If you hate yourself then work here. You have to work more than 12 hours every day, even Saturday.
