The only positive thing is that you get a "employed" tag.

The people are good. Sometimes it could get toxic in sometimes, but overall helpful. I joienda s a fresher 3 years back, people have been helpful throughout. Decent pay.
If you're a fresher (this is in particular for engineering) and if you have other offers from other service based companies (provided the role ur working for will actually be a good one) I would suggest to go with them, and kee this only as last resort, as the learning curve here is very low, since freshers arent usually given the best projects, and this slows down the learning curve a lot.

Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

Learning opportunities are immense. Try working for the Indian partner firms and not the US offices. The growth there, will be better despite the lower pay. Work life balance in the ACs (US offices) are better Work life balance in the Indian partner firms is a lot worse and more client facing Pay in the US offices is far greater but stagnates as the growth opportunities are lower. In the US partner firms, the US engagement team calls the shots and you’re an offshore resource. You do have a say in the decision making process and get to experience the end to end delivery but rarely will be running an entire project on your own.
