Now everything is bad in this organisation. Manager are so bad and do favoritsm and also VP and HRVP are curoupt. HR also not listen to the employees. Orginsation was good earlier but now managers FLM made this organisation wrost. They think that they are master of the company and all other employees are slave to them.

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.
