You get to work with Fortune 500 clients and also the management pushes to to learn new technology and take certifications. Yearly hike is also good.

There is no defined Technical Career path above Senior Associates in most practices . You will have to play the role of both people manager and Architect which can affect the work life balance.

Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. The best work culture in IT industry. HR policies are employee friendly and the leaders are open for feedback. Learning wise it depends on the projects that you are assigned to, which is again pure luck like every service based industry.
