Timely Salary, health cover, Family protection policies etc. HR policies are very good. Partner is extremely good.

Dislikes

Deployment need to be done as per the candidate work experience and profile. After significant experience it's hard to switch the domain for any one. Lateral hires are also humans. Lesser experience candidates are promoted on higher experienced lateral hires. It's frustrating. Favouritism is on its highest peak.
