You learn to manage stress and get an opportunity to be face to face with toxic managers (not all but some) and experience politics around you.

You lose yourself in work. You become less empathetic especially when dealing with toxic people, against whom, no action is ever taken. You are over worked You are under paid Your Manager will always have very high expectations, so no matter how hard you work, you will disappoint them, so don't get into the trap in trying to prove yourself. PWC is a reputable firm which gives good career opportunities. Also, culture is nice.

Dislikes

Finding desired profile is difficult in firm. Also, sitting idle to complete working hours is a waste of time. Work life balance is not there.

At first i was shocked to see the working culture but at the end i realised that what ever happened was for my benefit only. I am now able to do multi task work and thereby giving quality results to my clients.

Dislikes

Particulary there is nothing to dislike about the company but when it comes to growth then the situations are little bad as the company only prefers a qualified chartered accountant being the fact that the same co worker without having the CA degree is at par with a CA.

Work Details

Frankly speaking the work is quite good. Everyday there is something new to learn and explore. I enjoy my work here but looking for some international expore now.
